I tried figuring it out, it seems it doesn't rotate around the wheel clockwise or counter clockwise, and not in the order you equip them either. Is there a faster way where I can just keep resetting it until I find something I want? KrY25 12 years ago #2. Walk up to the vendor and press L1, R1, R2, L2, L1, R3, R1, L3, start, select, triangle, circle, then spin in a circle 7 times while shouting abracadabra shazam. Works everytime.
